I just wanted to say that the problem with what you propose is that it goes in the opposite direction as this new technique, meaning that it is not unobtrusive. The main goal of doing what I proposed is that the user won't have to prove that they are real users.
The problem is the one you said, the bot could detect the CSS that hides it, unless it is a very smart piece of code.
I am working with several other web developers right now on the best approach for this, and we are thinking that the best is going to be to position the "invisible" fields under the real fields.
For example in your site, duplicate the Website field, and put one on top of the other, thus hiding one of them.

This is a new method that still requires work, but essentially it represents a radical change in anti-spam fighting techniques.
